LETS GROUP

(Listen, Empathize, Talk and Share)

The LETS group is Peer Support Specialist Lead group that welcomes individuals who seek to be connected to others.  Through listening, empathizing, talking and sharing, on a peer-to-peer level, individuals are provided a “judgment-free” space to come together and share their common experiences and concerns.  The group’s intention is to encourage a sense of community, provide a source of empathetic understanding and foster an avenue for establishing meaningful and lasting connections, as well independence and an ability to positively impact one’s own life.  The structure of the group is “open topic” with some pre-arranged agenda items for meetings.  Thank you for your interest.
